To our Prayer Partners 14/7/2007/63

Dear Prayer Partners,

Thank God for your prayers. The enemy is desperately trying to distract us with lots of roadblocks both foreign and domestic. May God spare us.

We need God’s protection.
1. Thank God that Kristen from the American Nav team is out of hospital.
2. A missionary colleague has loaned us her car while she’s away. Thank God we are able to insure it so that we can use it.
3. Koy and brother-in-law were involved in separate motorbike accidents. Thank God for sparing them from any serious injury. Koy finally found out about her sister’s salvation. Yesterday, brother-in-law came home drunk. There’s a battle here, folks. Pray that God’s side wins. Pray for wisdom and Wood’s availability so we can witness and talk to him.
4. Gade is sick. Sore throat and ‘flu but recovering.
5. We encouraged those being baptized to tell their parents and ask their permission. Off called her mom this afternoon and mom said, “you can do anything you want…just not become a Christian.” Pray for her and the rest.
6. We had a good practise this evening and arranged the hall for tomorrow’s service. We’ve not had such a crowd and we expect a lot tomorrow.
7. Spoke with the local pastor to clear up Gade and Apple’s staus.
8. Pray for a blessed baptismal service tomorrow.
